Clean Edge, Inc., the world’s first research and advisory firm devoted to the clean-tech sector, recently released their 2014 U.S. Clean Tech Leadership Index (available for download at www.cleanedge.com). I created a data visualization that represents a visual summary of the top 20 metro areas in the index for each of the four major criteria; Green Buildings, Advanced Transportation, Clean Electricity & Carbon Management, Clean Tech Investment, Innovation, & Workforce, plus a composite score. The green curves in the visualization represent how the top 10 cities rank for each criterion. The unhighlighted brown curves represent where the remaining 10 cities fall in the rankings.
If you subscribe to Clean Edge’s CleanWatch newsletter, watch for this data visualization in an upcoming issue.
